Research and Development is the Key to Success

Along with the familiar blue tanks of Bertolini spray units seen all round the country, are one off solutions developed by the Bertolini Research & Development team. These include solutions for forestry and vineyards which have kept the Hamilton based R&D team working at the leading edge of the rural revolution of the last ten years.

Current R&D work is focusing on helping orchardists to reduce spray costs with more efficient use of technology; both at the machine end and the application end of tasks. The exciting developments in GPS technology coupled with better nozzle structures have seen significant, incremental reductions in time and materials across many spray tasks.
